My UCLA Seminar for Financial Services Employees

​From 2019 to 2023 I was the Operations Manager and Site Director for Flappers University Comedy School in Burbank. Working with over 1,000 students, and having taught over 200 workshops and classes, I understand how to encourage, motivate, and train individuals looking to become better speakers, communicators, and writers by using comedy principals and techniques.

Over 200 Workshops Taught with over 1,000 Students! 

When I took over operations in 2019, there were about 50 full-time students. By 2021 we had over 200 students, and by 2023 over 1,000 students took a multiple week class with us. That isn't including the numerous one day workshops and Intro to Stand Up Classes myself and other instructors taught. Over 5 years I was able, with no marketing budget and very little support, to create a dynamic institution that eventually hired over 50 instructors who have been on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, Comedy Central, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan, Late Night with David Letterman, SNL, and many other world famous award winning shows. Managing multiple personalities and professional backgrounds was a fast track to building a successful program.
